Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days accompanied by your original invoice. Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned. Due to high seasonal demand and limited quantities of holiday prints, these items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). Original or return postage is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail. Please note if you have a backordered item(s) the refund check will be issued as soon as your order has been completely shipped.
Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s) we process all returns within 7 days.
Return or exchange merchandise bought through Chef Uniforms Catalog or ChefUniforms.com may only be returned to the address listed above.

If you do not have the original invoice, click here for a printable return and exchange form. Remember to include your name, address, email address, phone number and order number on this form. If you do not have the original order number, you can Click Here to view your order history information.
Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion of the form.

No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the original purchase. For those customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories please add $6.95 to your exchange order amount.

How to use our U.S. Easy Return Label
Send your return/exchange merchandise back to Chef Uniforms via the Easy Return Label enclosed in your package or send it on your own via insured mail.

Quickly and conveniently send your package back using the easy return label, provided in your package. You may also print an Easy Return Label by clicking here.
- How to ship using the easy return label:
- Cover or remove the original shipping label and affix the pre-addressed return label to your package.
- Package the return and seal securely with tape.
- Give the package to your U.S. mail carrier, drop it in the mailbox, or take it to the U.S. Post Office. No postage is required.
- $7.99 will be deducted from the amount of your return credit. If additional payment is required, please include a check or credit card information with your return/exchange items.
- The Easy Return Label cannot be used for more than 5 items or for shipments outside the U.S.
