- Most orders ship in 24 hours (in stock, non embroidery items) excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow normal UPS or USPS delivery time.
- Please allow approximately 3 to 5 additional business days for embroidery orders.
- Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount, excluding gift certificates and embroidery.
- All P.O. Box and APO/FPO address will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
- Our business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- U.S. Territories include: Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
- Express & Overnight delivery is not available for: Guam, Saipan or the Virgin Islands.
- Any order valued at over $500 will require a signature when delivered.

- Applicable state and local sales tax is collected on all orders being delivered to the states of Florida and Georgia.
- 2-3 Business Day Express and Next Business Day orders placed by 5 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship out the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will ship out on the next business day, excluding weekends & holidays. Delivery time excludes weekends & holidays. Items that are on back order or embroidered are not guaranteed for express delivery.
- Unfortunately, Express & Next Business Day delivery is not available if you are paying by check, or for delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, or International destinations.
- Express & Next Business Day delivery is only available for in stock items. All backordered items will be shipped best way ground.
