Return Policy

Eligible item(s) for return must be unwashed, unworn, and non-embroidered with the tags attached. Item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of receipt.

Due to high seasonal demand and limited quantities, all holiday prints must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Return or exchange merchandise bought through the Chef Uniforms Catalog or ChefUniforms.com may only be returned to the address listed below.

International orders are only eligible for returns as we are unable to process exchange orders at this time.

When will I get my refund?

You’ll receive a refund for the exact amount you paid, in the same payment method used for the order (check, credit card, etc). Original or return postage is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card, please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.

Once your items are returned, you will receive an email notification.

How to place U.S. Return and Exchange

U.S. Easy Online Returns:

Start Online Return

Introducing our new online easy return portal! You can now return or exchange item(s) in the U.S. using our easy, online returns portal below.

1. Click here (or click the Start a Return button above) to access our easy, online returns portal.
2. Follow the steps to select item(s) you’d like to return.
3. Select one of the following return methods:

1. Submit your return.
2. Once your return has been initiated, print your packing slip and label (if applicable) directly in the portal or through the return confirmation sent to your email. If you are using the mobile return QR code option, then no printing is necessary.
3. Package your items.
4. Ship your package back to us based on your return method.

Exchanges Order Options – U.S. Only

Our U.S. shoppers have two options for completing an exchange order with UA.

U.S. Manual Returns:

How to Place a Manual U.S. Return and Exchange for those orders that are not found within our Easy Return Portal. You may also choose this option if you are exchanging same items that were previously on sale or were purchased at a lower price.

1. Click here to download our manual return and exchange form.
2. Ensure the form is filled out completely.
3. Enclose the form and your original invoice with the item(s) you are returning or exchanging.
4. Send us back your return using one of the following methods:

How to place an International Return

For Easy, Online Returns:

1. Use our online international returns portal found here. Your order number, beginning with "GE," can be found in your order confirmation email.
2. Print all necessary documents.
3. Place the Return note and any item(s) you’d like to return in a mailer.
4. Stick the shipping label and any other necessary documentation on the outside of the mailer. The cost for using the return label will be deducted from the amount of the credit you receive for your refund.
5. Drop off your return to at your local DHL location.

For Exchanges:

We don’t currently offer automatic exchanges. If you’d like a different item, color, or size, please return the original item(s) using our international returns portal mentioned above and place a new order.
